This policy explains how SiloTek (“we”, “us”) handles data across silotek.dev and omnipanel.silotek.dev. It covers your account, billing, and the game-server data you choose to connect to OmniPanel. Effective July 17, 2026.
Account data — your email address, name and authentication details, managed by our authentication provider Clerk. We never see or store your password.
Billing data — subscriptions and invoices are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers; we store only your subscription status and plan.
Game-server data — when you connect a server, OmniPanel syncs the data needed to power your dashboard: characters and their in-game identifiers, inventories, money balances, transfers, sessions and connections, deaths, map positions, and — if you enable backups — compressed copies of your game database. This data is read through a read-only database account you create, plus an optional lightweight agent for live events.
Technical data — standard server logs (IP addresses, timestamps, requests) kept for security and debugging.
We process data solely to provide the services you signed up for: live dashboards, character search, economy and population analytics, integrity flags, Insight reports, backups and team access controls. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train third-party AI models.
Benchmarks compare your server against the OmniPanel network using statistical aggregates only (medians and percentiles). A statistic is published only when at least five similar servers contribute to it, and no server name, player name or raw record is ever included. No other customer can identify your server or see its data — the mechanism makes it impossible, not just forbidden.
Game-server history is kept on a rolling window defined by your plan (30, 60 or 90 days); older detail data is removed automatically. Database backups are kept up to your plan’s count and replaced as new ones are created.
If you disconnect a server or cancel your subscription, its synced data stops updating and is deleted after a short grace period. You can request immediate deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via a support ticket — we honor such requests without undue delay.
Our infrastructure runs in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). We use a small set of processors to run the service: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments) and Hetzner (infrastructure). Each processes only what its role requires.
Game-server data relates to in-game characters and platform identifiers of a server’s players. For that data, the server owner acts as the data controller and SiloTek as a processor operating on their instructions. Players with questions about their in-game data should contact their server’s staff; we support owners in fulfilling access or deletion requests.
Database connections support SSL encryption, agent API keys are stored hashed and shown only once, database passwords are encrypted at rest, and all game-server access is read-only — OmniPanel cannot write to a connected database. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
We use only the essential cookies required to keep you signed in (set by Clerk) and to remember basic preferences such as language. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Open a support ticket on the SiloTek Discord and we will handle it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
