Terms of Service.

The plain-language rules for using SiloTek accounts and services, including OmniPanel. Effective July 17, 2026.

1. Who we are & what these terms cover

SiloTek (“SiloTek”, “we”, “us”) provides software services for game-server communities, including OmniPanel — a game-server intelligence platform available at omnipanel.silotek.dev — together with related websites, dashboards and tools under the silotek.dev domain (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating a SiloTek account or using the Services you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization or community, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Team seats are personal: each staff member must use their own account. Sharing login credentials is not permitted, and OmniPanel enforces one active session per account. Every staff action inside the dashboard is tied to a named account in the audit trail.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your SiloTek billing portal; plan changes are prorated by Stripe and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change plan pricing or included features with reasonable advance notice. Price changes never apply retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for.

4. The service is read-only by design

OmniPanel reads data from game servers that you connect: through a database account that you create and control, and through an optional lightweight agent that sends live events. OmniPanel never writes to your game database and never performs actions on your game server or against your players.

You may only connect servers and databases that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. Connecting infrastructure you do not control is a violation of these terms and will lead to suspension.

5. Your data

You retain full ownership of the data synced from your game server. We process it solely to provide the Services — dashboards, analytics, integrity flags, reports and backups — as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cross-server benchmarks are computed exclusively from anonymized statistical aggregates. Your server’s identity, player names and raw records are never exposed to any other customer.

You are responsible for informing your community, where required, that server data is processed by tooling such as OmniPanel.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, probing or overloading our infrastructure, reselling access without our written consent, scraping other customers’ data, or using the Services for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse our support channels or create risk for other customers.

7. Availability & changes to the service

We work to keep the Services fast and available, but they are provided “as is” and “as available” — we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may evolve over time; we will not materially reduce what your paid plan includes during a billing period you have already paid for.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiloTek is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including loss of data caused by factors outside our control, loss of revenue or community disruption. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these terms or non-payment, with notice where reasonably possible.

After termination, synced server data and backups are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Services evolve. For material changes we will give notice on the website or in your dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
